For as long as I can remember, two of the things I have loved most in the world are art and animals. Over time, this love has come together to inspire the art I make today

I strive to not only portray the physical likeness of the animals I paint, but also capture their unique personalities and soulful gazes. I want the viewer to have a connection with the subjects in my art, rather than just seeing them.

I've experimented with many different mediums over the years, and wile ceramics, oil, and gouache paints hold a special place in my heart, I've found my true love in pastels!
